PUBLIC NOTICE – ARMADA TOWNSHIP MAY 12, 2021 BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING (Held in person and virtual by GoToMeeting) SYNOPSIS

Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Goetzinger, Paterek, Swiacki, Finlay, Murray

Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 4.6.21 and 4.14.21 as presented. Agenda as presented. Current bills as presented. A special meeting/workshop will be held on Tuesday, May 25 at 7 pm to discuss single waste hauler services.

Purchase of scoreboards for the township park. Township portion $10,140. Remainder of scoreboard purchase paid by donations.

Application for Special License – Cider Dayze hosted by Armada Lions Club for August 28 & 29, 2021.

Fire Dept: Collective bargaining committee: Appointed Supervisor Paterek and Clerk Swiacki

Fire Dept: Purchase of a Positive Pressure Fan from Dinges Fire for $4,339.95

Meeting adjourned at 8:21 p.m.
