NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charter Township of Washington Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday March 14th, 2024, in the Board Room of the Washington Township Municipal Building located at 57900 Van Dyke, Washington, MI 48094, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear and receive comments related to, “Washington Shire Commercial Development” a proposed multi-tenant retail/commercial building with a drive thru. The applicant seeks consideration on the following Special Land Use request as outlined in the Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 4.0 Use Standards, 4.23 Drive-thru Facilities.
