NOTICE: On February 24, 2025, the Village of Romeo Board of Trustees adopted amendments to the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances with regards to the Village Tree Board.
Section 14-141 was amended to increase the number of members from five (5) to seven (7). Section 14-142(a) was amended to increase the number of members as well as set their terms to 3 years per member and staggering the terms. Section 14-143(c) was amended to increase the number of members required to make quorum to four (4). The motion to adopt these amendments was made by Trustee Rosso, with support by Trustee Parker, and passed by a 6-1 vote.
