PUBLIC NOTICE – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF ARMADA

Notice is hereby given that the Armada Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 Main Street, Armada, MI 48005. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a proposed Ordinance to authorize and regulate operation of utility task vehicles (UTVs) on unpaved roads within Armada Township.

The proposed Ordinance is available for viewing online on the Township’s website at www.armadatwp.gov.

A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance is also available for review at the Township Offices during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Written comments may be sent to the Township Clerk prior to the public hearing at 23121 Main Street, Armada, MI 48005 or emailed to the Township Clerk: clerk@armadatwp.org. Oral comments will be taken during the public hearing.
