NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, that a public hearing will be held by the Armada Township Planning Commission at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 4th,2025, at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005.
The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comments and consider rezoning a portion of the property at 69475 Romeo Plank Rd, (parcel ID# 13-02-31-400-035) from R-1, Residential District to the B-1, Business District. The subject site is approximately 15 acres with 0.9 acres being proposed for rezoning to B-1. Frontier Farms Market is currently located on the parcel.
Copies of the rezoning application may be examined at Armada Township Hall Offices, 23121 East Main Street, Armada, MI 48005 during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM until the date of the hearing. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the Township Hall address, call 586-784-5200 with questions. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on June 4, 2025.
