A closed special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jack Elder,
ABSENT:Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Trustee; Jeanne Langlois
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session for the purpose of discussion of legal opinion MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243 (1)(g).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 7:02 p.m.
