Please be advised that the Village of Armada’s Code of Ordinance prohibits weed growth under Section 95.1, which states in part “No person occupying any premises, and no person owning any unoccupied premises shall permit or maintain on any such premises any growth of noxious weeds; nor any growth or grass or other rank vegetation to a greater height than sixteen (16) inches on the average; nor any accumulation of dead weeds, grass or brush.” The Village will notify any resident violating this ordinance by first class mail.
