A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois,
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve the consent agenda as presented.
3. To approve the proposed access improvements at the Fox Nature Preserve, including the construction of a trail loop and parking lot off of Lake George Road, with the work to be completed in-house by Oakland Township Parks and Recreation staff, in the total cost not to exceed $19,450.
4. To approve and file the 1st quarter 2025 Cash and Investment Report, as presented in the board packet.
5. To request that the township manager prepare a bid for Oakland Township assessing service by Friday, April 25, 2025. The responses will be due two weeks upon posting, with this agenda item to be placed on the Board of Trustees regular meeting agenda on May 27, 2025.
6. To approve the presented intergovernmental agreement between the Charter Township of Oakland and the Charter Township of Oakland Library Board be approved and signed by the supervisor.
7. To adjourn the meeting at 7:51 PM.
