A closed meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.

ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:34 p.m. for the purpose of discussion of legal opinion re: Library Board Special Election pursuant to MCL 15.268 (1) (h).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:58 p.m.
