On June 11, 2025, the Armada Township Board of Trustees adopted the Armada Township Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2025-01 of the Armada Township Ordinances authorizing and regulating operation of utility task vehicles on unpaved roads within Armada Township pursuant to MCL 324.81131, as amended; specifying roads within the Township that are closed to UTV traffic; prohibiting operation of UTVs by persons under the age of 16, with certain exceptions; providing that UTVs may be operated on the far right portion of unpaved roads within the Township if specified conditions are met; establishing penalties for the violation of the Ordinance, and repealing any and all Ordinances and/or Resolutions in conflict therewith.

The Township Clerk’s office is located at 23121 Main Street, Armada, MI 48005. The Armada Township website can be accessed at www.armadatwp.gov. A copy of this Ordinance may be viewed or purchased at the office of the Armada Township Clerk during regular business hours.
The Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after this publication.
