A special closed meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 6:15 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To move into closed session to discuss a confidential written opinion regarding Public Act 152, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
3. To move into closed session to discuss a confidential written opinion regarding website and social media posting policy, pursuant to MCL 15.234(1)(g) and MCL 15.268(h).
4. To move into closed session to discuss a confidential written opinion regarding Michigan Election Law and compliance, pursuant to MCL 15.234(1)(g) and MCL 15.268(h).
5. To adjourn the meeting at 7:02 p.m.
