CLOSED SESSION: To consult with legal counsel regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with pending litigation, being Carpathia Club, Inc. v. Ray Township, Macomb County Circuit Court Case number 2025-001354-AA, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(e)-Motion for closed session at 2:09 p.m. & Motion for open session at 3:00 p.m. & Motion for Legal Counsel to further negotiate and file brief. 6.
