A special closed meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6:15 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To move into closed session to discuss a confidential legal opinion regarding the Stoney Creek Crossing development, as allowed by MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(g).
3. To move into closed session to discuss a confidential legal opinion regarding TowerCo v. Oakland Charter Township, as allowed by MCL 15.268 (e).
4. To adjourn the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
