A special closed meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:32 AM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee
ABSENT: Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To move into closed session to discuss a confidential written legal opinion regarding TowerCo v. Oakland Charter Township, as allowed by MCL 15.268(e).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 11:20 AM
