On August 19, 2025, the Township Board of Trustees for the Township of Armada approved an Amendment to Armada Township Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 114, as amended. The purpose of the Amendment is to conditionally rezone 0.9 acres of Parcel ID No. 13-02-31-400-035, commonly known as 69475 Romeo Plank Rd., from R-1 (Residential) to B-2 (Business District) and revise the Zoning Map to reflect the rezoning. The rezoning is conditioned upon the rezoned .9 acres not being sold or split from the adjacent 14.14 acres of the parcel – the parcel shall remain under unified ownership.
A complete copy of the Ordinance Amendment is posted in the office of the Township Clerk located at 23121 Main Street, Armada, MI 48005 and on the Armada Township website which can be accessed at www.armadatwp.gov. The Ordinance Amendment may be reviewed, inspected or a copy purchased at the Township Clerk’s Office Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Ordinance Amendment shall take effect seven (7) days after this publication.
