Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing before the Charter Township of Washington Planning Commission on Thursday, September 11th, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Washington Township Board Room located in the Municipal Building at 57900 Van Dyke Washington Township, MI 48094 in which the general public will have an opportunity to comment during the public hearing portion of the meeting.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear and receive comments related to the completion of an existing building to be used as a multi-use/event space, submitted for review under the Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 4.0 Use Standards, Section 4.5 Agricultural Tourism, D. Uses permitted by special land use permit, 3. Small-scale entertainment as defined in Section 2.2 of this Ordinance that is ancillary to the agricultural tourism operation. Application made by Big Red Orchard Holdings, LLC located at 4900 32 Mile Road, Washington Township, MI 48095.
