A special closed meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, August 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee
ABSENT: Jack Elder, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session to discuss a confidential legal opinion regarding benefit elections and policy administration, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
3. To approve going into closed session to discuss a confidential legal opinion regarding administration and processing complaint to state enforcement agency, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
4. To adjourn the meeting at 3:50 PM
