A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, August 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee
ABSENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; Jack Elder, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To nominate Trustee Langlois to chair the meeting.
2. To nominate Trustee Langlois to take the minutes of the meeting.
3. To approve the agenda as presented
4. To show support for Resolution 25-11
5. To table item VII. Consideration of Resolution No. 25-12, a resolution for sponsoring the Health Care Saving Plan for Oakland Township Employee Group for a future meeting
6. To cancel the August 25, 2025, 5:00 PM meeting and instruct the manager to work with the clerk to schedule a meeting next week, with the agenda being to consider agenda items V, VI and VII from this meeting.
7. To adjourn the meeting at 3:50 PM
