Pres. Coenen called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Shall, Clark, Coenen, Adair, Boelke, Stirrett, and Barzyk. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Porter, Bob Richter, Kevin Grand, Marcia L. Hollins, and Stacy Sobotka.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: Removed New Business Item A. Heard and/or received: a written Water Report from Water Commissioner Boelke which he read aloud; the F & V Monthly Operating Report for July 2025 was not received; the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from 06/16/25; and a verbal report from Planning Commission Liaison/Park Commissioner and Street Administrator Barzyk. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 08/11/25 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $64,682.53 as presented; and to approve the Special Event Permit Application from Armada High School on 09/19/25 between 3:45 pm and 5:00 pm for the Homecoming Parade. Unanimously Approved: to accept Amendment Number 1 to the Rowe Professional Services, Inc. Construction Services Contract for the 2025 Cape Seal Project in the amount of $7.000.00 and to allow the Street Administrator to sign on behalf of the Village.
