The applicant/owner is seeking a change in non-conforming use in accordance with Ordinance 482, Section 46-234. The applicant is looking to build a multi-family home and is seeking a variance to allow them to place an 8-unit structure with 14ft set back instead of 40ft along with a variance for the distance between the buildings.
