COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and Received: Treasurer’s Report for August, 2025; Code Enforcement for August 2025 was not received; F&V Monthly Operating Report for August, 2025; Written Report from the Water Commissioner who verbally read aloud. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 08/25/25 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $76,891.66 as presented. Unanimously approved: to allow Macomb County Animal Control to install an animal microchip reader on the Village Office building at no charge to the Village; to postpone this item (To approve the promotion of Andrew Cubitt to the rank of Sergeant in the Armada Police Department) until the January 12, 2026, Regular Council Meeting.
