Structures B. Accessory Buildings in residential districts, 3. Setback Requirements, a. Detached accessory buildings and structures, including swimming pools and sports courts, shall be located only in the rear yards.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to construct a detached accessory structure within the front yard of the home.
