Supervisor Krotche called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members present: Nikkel, Goetzinger, Swiacki, Job and Krotche Also in attendance: Attorney Tim Tomlinson
The following motions were made and passed: To approve agenda as presented. To approve list of bills as presented. To receive and file departmental reports. To approve minutes: 8.19.25 and 9.2.25. Approved Special Land Use for Romeo Rabbit Rescue with conditions. Renewed annual assessing contract with Sanilac Appraisers, Inc. Approved FY25 Audit Report. Three-year renewal with SolvIT for IT support for Township and Fire Department. Approved paying 50% of legal fees with Village of Armada for work related to the single waste hauler contract process. To adjourn meeting at 7:30 p.m.
