The Meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call: Supervisor Crump, Clerk Lascoe, Treasurer Bart, Trustee Grader, Trustee Jarzyna. All present.
The Board took the following action:
• Approved Agenda.
• Public Comments Agenda Items only-None.
• Approved to enter closed session to consult with legal counsel regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with pending litigation, being Carpathia Club, Inc. v. Ray Township, Macomb County Circuit Court Case number 2025-001354-AA, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(e) at 2:01 p.m.
• The Board entered back into open session at 2:58 p.m.
• Approved for legal counsel to proceed with counter offer as discussed in closed session.
• Public comments-None.
• Adjourned the meeting at 2:59 p.m.
