A pathway or sidewalk shall be constructed in the following instances: (1) As a condition for the issuance of a building permit for all new residential dwellings.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to not have to install an 8-foot-wide concrete pathway across the frontage of their property.
