NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 10th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the municipal offices located at 74274 Burk Street, Armada, Michigan, the Village Council of the Village of Armada will conduct a public hearing on a proposed ordinance granting a franchise to SEMCO Energy Gas Company to lay, maintain, and operate gas mains, pipes and services on, along, across, and under the highways, streets, alleys, bridges, waterways, and other public places within the Village of Armada for a period of thirty (30) years.
The public hearing will afford members of the public an opportunity to provide verbal and written comment on the proposed ordinance, a copy of which will be available for public inspection at the above-identified municipal offices during regular business hours and at the public hearing.
