NOTICE: On October 20, 2025, the Village of Romeo Board of Trustees voted 6-0 to adopt an amendment to Chapter 15, Article V, Section 15-171 of the Village of Romeo’s Code of Ordinances. The amendment adds subsection 4a-j adopting Macomb County Standards for Post-Construction Storm Water Runoff.
A true copy of the amendment is on file and is available for public examination at the Village Clerk’s office during business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
