Robert M. Mow, 61, of Washington Township, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on Oct. 7, 1964 in Sandusky to the late Donald and Joann (Willett) Mow. He married his bride Janette Zmudka on April 21, 1984 in Troy.
Robert was a plastic mold designer who started JEM Enterprise, named after his bride, Janette Ellen. He was a member of Momentum Christian Church and a lifelong believer in Christ. God’s hand led him to participate in and eventually take many leadership roles in Bible Study Fellowship, which was a joy for him and his bride as they gathered regularly with many in Christ. Robert was a member of the Northern Macomb Sportsmen’s Club and found many lifelong friends through gunmanship. All knew him by his corny dad jokes and puns.
He is survived by his bride of 41 years, Janette; children, Joshua, Jacob and Jacquellin Mow; along with the additional children God blessed them with: Katie Riddle, Angela Collins, Alena Filzek and Robin Bartle; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, 2026 at Momentum Christian Church, 58956 VanDyke Avenue, Washington Township.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026 at Momentum Christian Church with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. The Rev. Dave DeVlaminck will officiate.
Burial will be in Bruce Armada Cemetery.
