On August 12, 2026, the Township of Armada Board of Trustees approved the Armada Township International Property Maintenance Code Ordinance No. R2026-05, which provides to promote, preserve and protect public health, safety and welfare and to provide for the orderly and proper maintenance of structures, preserve and protect property values, promote harmonious use of land, eliminate blight and preserve and protect neighborhood values and the value and integrity of structures for the purpose of promoting and protecting public health, safety and welfare. The Ordinance is posted in the Office of the Armada Township Clerk and on the Township’s website at www.armadatwp.gov. A copy of the Ordinance may be obtained or viewed at the Armada Township Clerk’s Office located at 23121 Main Street, Armada, MI during regular business hours. Provisions of the Ordinance shall become effective upon publication following adoption.
