The following motions were made and passed: To approve agenda as presented. To approve bills list. To receive and file departmental reports. To approve minutes: 7.8.26 and 7.9.26. Approved: Annual assessing contract with Sanilac Appraisers, Inc. Annual Financial Audit Report FY March 31, 2026. Awarded tree trimming bid to Kappen Tree Services in the amount of $6,000. Adopted Armada Township International Property Maintenance Code Ordinance No. R2026-05. Returned proposed ordinance text amendments back to the Planning Commission for further review and revision. Meeting adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
