STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL

STRAWBERRY PARADE. The Village of Leonard celebrated the 65th Annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday. Miss Armada 2017 Olivia Marasco and her court, Shaelynn Goedtel, on the right, spread neighborly greetings from their rural village to another during the noon parade. Elmwood Street was closed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for fun activities which included music, dance and kid’s games as well as the Addison Township Fire Department’s famous strawberry sundaes.
