SKATEPARK OPENING. Armada Township Firefighter waters brand new sod next to the skate park which was recently built in the township park on North Ave just north of Armada Center Road. The skate park is scheduled to open at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug.12 with a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening. According to organizers, bring your helmet and your appetite—both will be needed.
