BALLOON WEATHER. Partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid-70s made for perfect conditions to take a balloon trip last Wednesday evening. Local hot air balloon company, Captain Cutty and Crew, drifted westward along 26 Mile Road as the light and variable winds pushed the pilot and his passengers in between Shelby and Washington townships.
