FISHING DISPUTE. Meanwhile down at a neighborhood pond near Stony Creek Metropark… a loon, dark bird on the left, holds its wings out in an attempt to scare off an egret, the white bird on the right. Both birds fish for small critters living in the pond albeit using much different techniques. The loon did not back down from its posture until a photographer moved in closer for a better shot.
