BRIDGE REOPENS. The bridge that carries 28 Mile Road over the North Branch of the Clinton River between Teller and Ray Center Road in Ray Township has reopened. The old bridge was built in 1928 and it was closed for nearly a half century according to local recollections. The road traverses the undeveloped section of Wolcott Mill Metropark.
