COMMUNITY PICNIC. The non-profit group, Friends of Armada, threw a community picnic at the Armada Township Park on Saturday. Autumn Brown, 5, was one of area children that enjoyed bounce slides and other inflatable toys set up for the event. The Friends of Armada helped fund the recently completed Armada Skate Park and have now turned their attention to funding new playground equipment for the park. More pictures are on page 10.
