DAVID A. BOND

David Alan Bond, 87, of Washington Township and Jensen Beach, Fla., passed away on Friday, Oct. 26, 2018 from various health issues. He was born Feb. 14, 1931 in Columbus, Ohio.

David was a tool and die maker by trade, working for GM (Ternstedt Division), Clover Tool and Die and was co-owner of Buckeye Die in Fraser.  He was a life-long motorcycle rider and loved cars and blue grass music.  He and Shirley enjoyed traveling the U.S. in their motorhome.  He had many friends in Michigan and Florida.

He is survived by a daughter, Janet Brown of Clinton Township, and a son, Larry Bond (Diane) of Milford.  Grandchildren are: Blake, Breanna, Rachel, Brett, Jeremy, Tricia, Kristen and Kevin.

He is predeceased by his wife, Shirley Bond, and son, Steven Bond, as well as siblings, Francis Lewis, Charles Bond and Doris Dodd.

A private memorial celebration will be held.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.  Dave will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
