MOON RISE. The first full moon of November, also known as the Beaver Moon, rises over Jarzyna Farms Fine Meats and Deli in Ray Township last week. According to legend, the moon got its nickname because this was the time of year that trappers set their traps to capture enough fur to keep warm during the winter. (Photo by Larry Sobczak)
