Gary Frank Randall, 62, of Shelby Township, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He was born Nov. 3, 1956, the son of Harry Roseline (Welkey) Randall, Jr. in Detroit.
He attended Catholic High School in Detroit. He drove truck for Elias Brothers Restaurants, retiring after almost 20 years. He enjoyed the outdoors and liked fishing. He collected movies, and he enjoyed Marvel, Star Wars and Harry Potter films. He was a very loving nurturing person and everybody loved him.
He is survived by his loving mother, Roseline (Welkey) Randall of Shelby Township; children; Lisa Marie Randall of Harrison Township, Angela Rosemary Randall of Baldwin and Kelly Ann Mullins of Shelby Township; siblings, Karen Randall of Macomb Township, Marilyn Haas of Clinton Township, Sandra (Mike) Stepowski of Shelby Township, Kenneth (Kathie) Randall of Madison Heights and Greg (Debbie) Randall of Shelby Township; grandchildren, Ashlee Taylor, Alyssa Taylor, Johnathon Sullivan; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is predeceased by his grandson Joseph Randall and his father.
A funeral service was held Friday, Jan. 4 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
Burial is at St. Lawrence Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the family’s wishes in Gary’s name.
