Tobin H. Fritz, 51, of Imlay City since 1991 and previously from Romeo, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. He was born Sept. 10, 1967 in Mount Clemens, the son of Jeffrey Fritz and Christa Fritz. He married Tammy Brown on Nov. 2, 1991 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Washington Township.
Tobin is a 1986 graduate of Romeo High School. He worked in construction until retirement in 2016 as a salesman for his family business, Fritz Builders. Upon retirement, Tobin enjoyed watching Lions football, bowling, golf and a good barbeque.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; son, Tobin II; parents, Jeffrey Fritz of Romeo and Christa Fritz of Nevada; siblings, Eric Fritz and Brigitte Baldwin; mother-in-law, Barbara Brown; sister-in-laws, Kathy Brown (Nancy), Kem Conley (Mike); and brother-in-law, Craig Brown (Tina); nieces and nephews, Christopher, Tyler, Eric, Matt, Abbey, Brook and Caden; grandnieces, Ayden and Madison; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Tobin was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Bryan Brown, and nephews, Curtis Ostrander and Michael Morauski.
Visitation will take place 2-8 p.m., Sunday, March 17 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo.
Funeral services will take place 11 a.m., Monday, March 18 at Grace Lutheran Fellowship, 7525 32 Mile Road, Romeo, with the Rev. Eric Majeski officiating.
