Unfinished Business: Consent Judgment for Four Star Development for proposed sewer with Shelby Twp./Macomb Interceptor Drain Drainage District (“MIDDD”)-Tabled. New Business: Treasurer to attend Treasurer Conference-Approved. Amendment to FOIA-Approved. Amendment to Noxious Weed Ordinance No. 73-Approved. MTA request for Board action on Option for Nonpartisan Township Offices-No action taken. Huntington Bank Fraud Protection-Approved monthly fee for general fund checking.
