SYNOPSIS
OF UNOFFICIAL MINUTES
FOR RCM 4/8/19

Pres. Wolak called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Coenen, Wolak, Ballard, Shall, and Boelke. Also present: Treasurer Adair, Attorney Jeffrey Bahorski, Dennis LeMieux, Jean Risch, and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard reports from: ZBA Liaison Boelke, Council Business Liaison Boelke, Trustee Boelke updated Council on the status of the Sesquicentennial celebration, Water Commissioner Boelke, Treasurer Adair, and Sewer Commissioner Clark informed Council of amendments to the SRF Project Plan. Received: The Building Department Report for March, 2019. Approved the Consent Agenda as amended: Removed RCM Minutes of 3/25/19 and added as Agenda Item F; Payment of Bills totaling $31,381.21 as presented. Heard: a report from the Sewer Commissioner and the Street Administrator. Unanimously approved: to approve the Resolution to establish a request for funding, designate an Agent, attest to the existence of funds and commit to implementing a maintenance program for local road improvements funded by the Transportation Economic Development Fund Category B Program; to allow the Park Commissioner to go before the Planning Commission seeking approval of a unique application for signage for the banners during Armada Jams 2019; to allow DPW Supervisor Serwatowski to advertise the sale of the wood chipper on behalf of the Village; to accept the letter of retirement from Dennis LeMieux from his positions of Building Inspector and Code Enforcer effective April 30, 2019, with regret; to approve the attached resolution recognizing the April Millsap Memorial Garden as a non-profit organization operating in the community; to approve minutes of March 25, 2019 regular meeting of the Village Council, as amended. Unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 p.m. A Complete text of minutes is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
