Present: Bartholomew, Edwards, Hart, Seidel, Malzahn, Poznanski
Absent: Fowler
Meeting call to order, pledge of allegiance and roll call. Approval of bills: Approval of agenda – motion carried. Public Forum for agenda items – Comments were heard. New Business: Approval of Stewart, Beauvais & Whipple Audit Consultation – Motion carried. Approval of Stewart, Beauvais & Whipple SAW Grant “GAP” Funding Analysis – Motion carried. Goals & Objective – board discussed goals and objectives for the upcoming fiscal year. Public Forum –no comments were heard. Meeting adjourned at 6:55p.m.
