Meeting call to order, pledge of allegiance and roll call. Approval of March 18 minutes – Motion carried. Approval of bills: Motion carried. Approval of agenda – motion to add item h. under new business, Holiday Office Closing. Motion Carried. Correspondences – 2 letters were read. Public Forum for agenda items – Comments were heard. Officer reports: President – given. Clerk – given, Treasurer – comments made, Trustees –no reports given. Committee reports: Fire and ALS – agenda item discussed. Armada Sewer – No report given. Sidewalk – report given. Unfinished business: Clinton Street Property Offer –Discussion tabled until further notice. Motion carried. Sale of Property Ordinance. Discussion tabled. Motion carried. Arcadis ROW Permits. Motion carried. Fire/ALS Proposal Offer. Offer to be reviewed with Bruce Township. Motion Carried. New Business: Parks and Rec Commission -Item was discussed. Senator Pete Lucido Certificate Presentation – Senator Lucido presented certificates to 2 Romeo Police Officers. Roku/MittTv App Demonstration – MittTv gave demonstration. Approval of Budget Workshop meeting dates – Motion carried. Approval of Cemetery employees for – Motion carried. Special events permit for Easter Egg Hunt in Village Park. Motion carried. Harmony and Vino in the Village Park. Motion Carried. Third quarter budget amendments – discussion tabled until budget workshops. Approval for office Holiday Closing for Good Friday – Motion Carried. Public Forum – comments were heard. Meeting adjourned at 8:38 p.m.
