Ray Township Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given there will be a public hearing before the Ray Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the Ray Township Office, located at 64255 Wolcott Road, Ray, Michigan, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the request to vary 1) Request to vary Section 1300, B-2 General Business District, Yard Dimensions, Minimum Front-yard Setback Requirement. 2) Request to Vary, Section 2002, B-2 Business Zoning Districts, 2, (c). Section 2003 Specific Regulations, 3. (d). Section 2003, 7, Monument or Ground Signs (a), 1 and 7, (c). Section 2004, General Regulations, Section 2004 1. (e).

Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Ray Township Offices, 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096, Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to comment on said application.
