NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 by the Ray Township Planning Commission, located at 64255 Wolcott Road, Ray Township, MI, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Special Land Use to allow outdoor storage of contractor equipment and materials in the I-1 (Industrial) District. According to Ray Township Zoning Ordinance 36, Section 1602, O, storage of contractor’s equipment and materials may be permitted as a Special Land Use in the I-1(Industrial) District. 16077 31 Mile Road, Parcel ID 21-05-06-401-003, JRO Properties Management LLC, Applicant.
Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Ray Township Offices, 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096 Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to comment. Written comments may be submitted up to the meeting time.
