The Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Jarzyna, Lascoe, Bohm and Grader. Excused Absence: Stier. Agenda-Approved as amended. Correspondence-Friends of the Ray Twp Library & Historical Society & New Haven Community Schools-received & filed. Public Comments-none. Minutes-Approved. Bills List-Approved. Officers Reports were received & filed. Department Reports were received & filed. Unfinished Business: Consent Judgment for Four Star Development for proposed sewer with Shelby Twp./Macomb Interceptor Drain Drainage District (“MIDDD”)-Tabled. New Business: Replace Twp. Hall Generator-Approved. Accept sealed bids for old generator & bids to be opened at 7-16-19 mtg. Resignation of Accountant-Accepted w/deep regret. Hire new Accountant-Approved. 50/50 Macomb County Drain clean out of Priest Drain-Approved. Employee to carry over two vacation days-Approved. Reappointment of three Recreation Committee Members-Approved. Seek information for Ray Twp. Public Library building-Schedule joint meeting with Board, Historical Society & Library Board. Ext. of temporary structure permit-Approved. Public Comments-was heard. Adjourned at 7:38 p.m. The minutes are available at the Township and www.raytownship.org.
