Call to order – meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Public forum: no comments. Agenda approved. NEW BUSINESS- Health Insurance Proposal from Ascend Group – presentation given. Health Insurance Proposal from Cornerstone – presentation given. Motion to stay with current health care insurance provider Cornerstone for another year with the same plan – Motion carried. Budget review – DDA budget was reviewed. Retirement Account budget was reviewed. Building/Inspections Account budget was reviewed. General Fund Account budget was reviewed. Public Comments – no comments. Meeting adjourned at 9:11 p.m.
