VILLAGE OF ROMEO
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006,notice is hearby given to all interested parties that the Village of Romeo Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 1, 2019, Romeo Community Center (Gold Room) 361 Morton Street, Romeo, MI 48065, at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments, oral or written, on changes to the Zoning Ordinance Section 6.07 SIGN, part D, General Commercial District and Industrial. Proposed changes are to include language that will allow monument signs displaying multiple businesses.
A copy of the proposed update is available at the Village Clerk’s office, 121 W St. Clair, Romeo, MI 48065.
