Supervisor Paterek called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Finlay, Goetzinger, Nikkel, Swiacki and Paterek

Approved: Departmental reports. Minutes: 5.8.19. Agenda as amended. Current bills as presented. Fireworks permit for Michigan Family Fireworks LLC for July 9.
Election inspector wages.
Move Precinct 1 voters back to the Armada Administration building.
Annual MTA Annual Dues – $5,925.59
FY20 Smart Municipal and Community Credits
Re-allocate $200 unused FY19 Smart Community Credits to P.A.L.
Amendment to Investment policy
Richmond Township quarterly billing approved for fire service fee.
FY19/20 budget amendment general fund
Amendment to the Agreement for Sewer Disposal Service with the Village of Romeo.
Resignation: Assistant Fire Chief Nick Walkowski
Coubard Consent Judgement: Approved 30 day extension for compliance
